Our Ensembles

The YangSheng Choir operates as an amateur choral ensemble dedicated to serving the community and engaging in charitable activities through the art form of choral music, while promoting and celebrating Chinese culture. The choir transmits the long history and beauty of Chinese heritage through song.

The ensemble was established informally in May 2006 when six amateur Chinese folk instrumentalists came together on a casual occasion to celebrate shared musical interests. What began as six musicians has expanded significantly over the years to encompass more than twenty participating members.

TODE is an adult dance group composed of dance enthusiasts from the Thousand Oaks area in the Conejo Valley, with a mission to provide a platform for local dance lovers to learn, exchange, and enhance their skills. The ensemble promotes traditional Chinese culture through dance performances.
