In May 2006, six amateur Chinese folk instrumentalists came together on a casual occasion to celebrate their shared childhood passion. What began as an informal gathering has grown into an ensemble of over twenty dedicated performers.
Over fifteen years, TOCFE has enriched its members' daily lives while bridging Eastern and Western music, strengthening cultural and educational exchanges within the local community.
